Tagless Neck Labeling - Screen Printing

It doesn't matter if you are a promotional products company who wants to be remembered or your hosting an event and want to stand out, custom neck labels are definitely the way to do it.

LABEL OPTIONS:

  • Full Custom Label

    • We completely remove the label and replace it with your own full custom label.

    • This process works best with tear away tags, but we will cut out the tag for you.  The final product of a cutaway label is not as good as a tear away label.

    • Most designs can be screen printed directly onto the neck label, however we must include wash/wear/care information, and RN#, and the garment's size.

  • Vanity Label

    • Some garments have what is known as a vanity tag.  A vanity tag is a manufacturers logo on its own individual tag.

    • Wash/wear/care information along with the garment's size is placed on an additional tag.

    • A vanity tag print is generally a design only.  We only remove the primary manufacturer logo tag and keep the original information tag.

THE LOOK
Custom neck label printing utilizes a single color image and a soft print to help market your company or line. The soft image requires a very small ink deposit. On darker colored garments this can result in a somewhat dull color but excellent clarity.

THE FEEL
This process has a very soft texture.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
Because simulated process utilizes thousands of micro dots to achieve the wide variety of colors it is capable of, the ability to achieve a bright vibrant print is often difficult. There is always a trade off between vibrancy and detail, so images with more detail and smaller attributes will often be more muted than those with fewer details.
