If you are picking up goods or sending a courier, please be sure to have an order# or PO# available.

Impress Designs works closely with our courier network and can provide your pricing on request for standard or LTL courier shipments.

UPS shipments are available and can be billed to your order or billed to a 3rd party account.

FedEx shipments are available and can be billed to your order, a 3rd party account, or collect.

CHARGE-BACKS ON 3rd PARTY ACCOUNTS:

Chargebacks levied against our accounts will be invoiced against the original PO submitted to Impress Designs Inc.  Chargebacks are generally the result of incorrect address information* supplied by the customer or service changes processed mid-shipment.

*UPS address verification is automatically performed by our shipment software preventing most address shipment problems.
