The single Carrollton, Texas location covers approximately 90,000 square feet and has storage capacity equivalent to approximately 1.2 million T-shirts.

Across multiple production shifts, Impress Designs decorates approximately 5–10 million print and sew locations annually. Completed programs also demonstrate large-scale individual, department, location, business, and residential distribution.

Decoration

Ten automatic screen-printing machines, automatic reclaim, laser-to-screen exposure, 60+ embroidery heads, in-house DTF equipment, and 15 heat presses support multi-shift production.

Finishing

Automatic folding and bagging plus custom inline RFID, UPC, and hologram application to hangtags support retail and high-volume pack-out.

Warehousing and fulfillment

Blank and finished inventory, pick and pack, cartons, DTC, retail, and multi-destination distribution.

Program and technology support

Account service, managed ecommerce, ShipStation, custom APIs, structured files, reporting, and customer-specific operating workflows.

Completed program scale

Anonymous completed programs include 280,000 individual pop-up-store drop-shipments in two months and 7.2–8.4 million employee shirts across six recurring cycles.
