Our commitment
Impress Designs is committed to improving access to our public website for people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing part of design, content, development, and quality review rather than a one-time project.
Accessibility target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and evaluation target. This statement describes a target and an ongoing effort; it is not a claim that every page, document, or linked third-party service has been independently certified or is free of every accessibility barrier.
Measures we take
The public website is designed to support accessibility through:
- semantic headings, landmarks, lists, links, and page titles;
- a keyboard-accessible navigation structure and skip link;
- visible focus states and interaction cues that do not rely on color alone;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- responsive layouts that support browser zoom and different screen sizes;
- color and type choices intended to provide readable contrast; and
- routine code review, keyboard review, and continued human evaluation.
Compatibility
The website is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Very old browsers, disabled browser features, or unusual combinations of technology may not present every feature as intended.
Known limitations and third-party content
Some linked catalogs, maps, social networks, support systems, ordering tools, managed stores, videos, and documents are provided by third parties or were created in older formats. Their accessibility may vary. We do not control every part of those services, but we want to provide a reasonable alternative for information or services within our control.
If a PDF, image, video, linked system, or other item prevents access to information you need, contact us to request the information in another reasonable format or to receive assistance.
Feedback and assistance
We welcome accessibility feedback. Please identify the page or document, describe the problem, and tell us what assistive technology or alternative format you use if that information would help us respond.
