Approved assortment
Products, colors, sizes, artwork, placements, pricing, and substitutions are defined before orders arrive.
Flexible programs
Approved products and artwork can stay available in a pop-up or year-round store, then move through decoration, quality control, packing, and shipment after purchase.
Inside the operation
Selected views from the equipment, finishing, inventory, and workflows connected to this work.
Overview
Print on demand can reduce the need to decorate every size, color, and design in advance. Programs can pull stocked blanks, source approved wholesale products, or use customer-supplied goods.
Current decorate-on-demand methods are primarily DTF and embroidery, with selected vinyl and preprinted-transfer applications. Screen-printed programs are generally produced in advance and held for fulfillment rather than screen printed one order at a time.
Capabilities & scope
Products, colors, sizes, artwork, placements, pricing, and substitutions are defined before orders arrive.
Each valid automated order releases an established item and approved design into DTF, embroidery, or another predefined decoration workflow.
Finished items are quality checked, packed, shipped, and connected to tracking.
Programs can combine stocked finished goods, blank inventory, and purchased-on-demand products.
