Overview

Designed for repeatable program production.

Laser work is commonly combined with flatbed UV printing to create printed and shaped components through one production relationship.

Current equipment supports a work area up to 21.6 by 17.3 inches and products up to 6.4 inches high. Material compatibility, thickness, tolerances, dimensions, and finished-use requirements are tested or confirmed before quoting.

Capabilities & scope

Program applications.

01

Custom cutting

Shape acrylic and other evaluated materials for badges, displays, identification, and program components.

02

Engraving and marking

Add durable text, identifiers, numbering, or graphics to compatible materials.

03

UV-print coordination

Combine printed color, white ink, and specialty clear effects with laser-cut shapes.

04

Assembly and fulfillment

Finished components can continue into labels, hardware, packaging, kits, and multi-destination distribution.

Operating model

From material sample to repeat production.

  1. 01

Review material, coating, dimensions, artwork, quantities, tolerance, and finished use.

  2. 02

Test unfamiliar materials and confirm cutting, marking, or engraving behavior.

  3. 03

Approve the production sample, fixture, file, and finishing requirements.

  4. 04

Produce, inspect, assemble, pack, and distribute as required.

Requirements & controls

Important considerations

  • Not all materials are appropriate or safe for laser processing.
  • The 21.6-by-17.3-inch work area and 6.4-inch maximum product height are equipment limits, not guarantees that every material or product is suitable.
  • Bulk-program qualification and testing are required.
  • Tolerances and finished edges depend on material and thickness.
  • Hardware, assembly, labels, and packaging should be defined before production.

Customer fit

A strong fit for

  • Employee and event identification
  • Retail and promotional displays
  • Branded acrylic components
  • Multi-item kits and ongoing programs
