Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to impressdesigns.com, communications initiated through the public website, and related sales, support, and business interactions with Impress Designs, Inc. It does not replace a customer-specific privacy notice, data-processing agreement, managed-store notice, employee notice, or other written agreement that applies to a particular program.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, business contact information, company, job role, website, inquiry details, program requirements, order or support references, email-subscription preferences, and other information you choose to provide by email, telephone, a form, a support system, or another approved communication channel.
If you request wholesale access or ask us to evaluate a program, we may use business information such as your company domain, public website, resale status, anticipated volume, service needs, and other details needed to evaluate the opportunity.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information when you use the website, including IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, approximate region, and security or diagnostic events. This information supports website delivery, security, troubleshooting, and aggregate performance reporting.
Payment information
The public website does not ask you to enter payment-card information. When payment is required for a transaction, it is handled through an approved ecommerce platform, payment processor, or ERP payment service. Those providers process card data under their own notices and security obligations. Impress Designs may receive transaction status, payer name, billing details, and the last four digits of a card, but does not receive the full card number through this public website.
How we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team;
- evaluate prospective customers, wholesale eligibility, and programs;
- send requested contract-pricing updates and manage subscriptions;
- prepare quotes and provide products, services, support, and account communication;
- operate, secure, monitor, and improve the website and related systems;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
- maintain business, accounting, operational, and compliance records; and
- meet contractual, legal, regulatory, and safety obligations.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting and security, Microsoft business systems, email, customer support, email-subscription management through Mailchimp, ticketing, analytics if enabled, payment processing, ecommerce, shipping, document storage, professional services, and other operations. Providers receive information appropriate to the service they perform.
We may also disclose information to a customer, program owner, carrier, supplier, production partner, or other party when necessary to fulfill a request or transaction; when you direct or authorize us to do so; to protect rights, safety, systems, or property; in connection with a business transaction; or when required by law.
Impress Designs does not currently sell personal information collected through this public website for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current public-site code does not deploy advertising cookies or custom analytics cookies. Hosting and security services may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the website. If analytics, marketing, or additional cookie-based functions are added, this notice and the Cookie Notice will be updated before those practices are treated as current.
Retention
We retain information for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice, including customer service, program evaluation, operations, accounting, dispute resolution, security, backup, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the relationship involved. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it consistent with our systems and obligations.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. These include managed identity and multifactor authentication, managed devices, access controls, encryption where appropriate, backups, monitoring, training, and secure disposal practices. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, or object to certain uses, by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request, and applicable law may allow or require us to retain certain records. You may also opt out of marketing email using the instructions in that message or by contacting us.
Browser controls can limit cookies and similar technologies. Because the current public website does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, browser-based opt-out signals do not change an advertising profile on this site.
Children's privacy
The website and our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.
United States processing
Impress Designs is based in Texas. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Third-party services
The contract-pricing update form submits the email address and any optional name or company information you provide directly to Mailchimp. Mailchimp's handling of that information is also governed by the Intuit Privacy Statement (opens in a new tab).
Links to external catalogs, maps, social networks, support tools, ordering systems, managed stores, and other sites are governed by the privacy notices of their operators. We encourage you to review those notices before providing information.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice as the website, our systems, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version.
