Inside the operation
Selected views from the equipment, finishing, inventory, and workflows connected to this work.
Overview
Screen printing, embroidery, DTF, heat application, UV printing, and laser work each impose different requirements on artwork. Production-aware artists account for color count, underbases, halftones, stitch behavior, materials, finished size, and output method.
Impress Designs can provide graphic design independently or prepare customer-supplied artwork for production. The prepress team uses current Adobe and Corel workflows and direct laser-to-screen exposure for screen-print separations.
