Production support

Files prepared for the process that will actually produce them.

Graphic design, production art, color separations, and laser-to-screen exposure connect creative intent to repeatable manufacturing.

Overview

Good production starts before the equipment runs.

Screen printing, embroidery, DTF, heat application, UV printing, and laser work each impose different requirements on artwork. Production-aware artists account for color count, underbases, halftones, stitch behavior, materials, finished size, and output method.

Impress Designs can provide graphic design independently or prepare customer-supplied artwork for production. The prepress team uses current Adobe and Corel workflows and direct laser-to-screen exposure for screen-print separations.

Capabilities & scope

Creative and production services.

01

Graphic design

03

Color separations

Spot-color, four-color-process, simulated-process, underbase, and specialty separation work created for production.
