Does Impress Designs offer puff printing?

Impress Designs does offer puff screen printing ink with restrictions.  Service Reps must consult the production planning department to get approval for each individual design/garment/order combination to make sure the process will work in the specific circumstance.

Our reps will contact the production planning department when orders with puff ink are placed to make sure supplies are on hand to ensure your orders timely delivery.

It is important to note that puff printing will lighten the color of the inks appearance when printed and Impress Designs does not guarantee any color accuracy or PMS matching as the puffed print may look significantly lighter than the original color.  We will try to compensate for this as best as possible, but color accuracy should not be expected.

What you need to know:

• 100% and 50/50% t-shirts work well with this process
• garments that don't easily allow air to pass through the fibers will block the puffing of the ink and result in a flat print, so stay away from nylons, rainproof items, and other non-porous items
• Colors are not guaranteed and tend to look light in color when puffed
