Can I request the production files used on my order?

You may request copies of art and or production files, and we don't need you to tell us why you want them.  We understand you may need them for your records, services we don't offer, or even in the unfortunate event you are unhappy with our services and we want to be accommodating to your needs.

To request use of any files or content that were not submitted by you or your company, please email support@impressdesigns.com with your request.

At our discretion files developed or modified by our team may be distributed back to you.  Files and/or other content will only be distributed back to you or your company if all invoices are paid current for your company, related companies, associated companies, and/or individuals.

This service is often free, but a fee may be charged in the event that you are requesting records or services that require more significantly more time than typical records request.  Large request may be billed at an hourly rate of 30.00/hr.
