Can I drop off shirts, jackets or other items at your location?

Generally speaking, you can drop off items at Impress.  We reserve the right to refuse any items that are dropped off.  If goods are dropped off by customers, Impress counts are considered final, and we do not assume liability of the condition of any items delivered.

We would like to remind you that in order for us to process and handle your shipments with the utmost care, we require a packing slip for each item dropped off at our facility. A packing slip is a document that includes important information such as the recipient's address, contents of the package, and any special handling instructions.

Without a packing slip, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the handling and delivery process. We strongly advise that you ensure all items are properly packaged and labeled with the necessary information before dropping them off at our facility.
