3D Embroidery (aka: Foam, Puff, Raised, Density Embroidery)

Impress Designs does offer 3D embroidery with restrictions, reps must consult the production planning department to get approval for each individual design/garment/order combination. 
Impress Designs does offer sew on patch embroidery with restrictions.  The production planning department must be consulted and approve each individual design/garment/order combination.

 

What you should know: 

• Minimum Qty: 36 pcs
• Lead Time: 10-15 business days
• 3D embroidery is done by sewing down foam underneath stitched embroidery
• Not all designs are good candidates for 3D embroidery
• The underlying foam comes in a variety of colors, but not all colors are offered.  We will try to best match the color of your foam with what we have available, but not all foam will be an exact match
• Small pieces of foam may stick out or be visible especially around corners
  Digitized files for 3D embroidery are not interchangeable with non-3D embroidery.  A new file is required for flat and 3D.

Qualifications:

• Customer's supplying their own embroidery files must have files designed for foam embroidery
• Impress Designs is not responsible for the quality of the customer's supplied embroidery file
